2017 Staring at the Sun - My favourite vintage of this wine. Period.

2017 Nosiola - Just an exceptionally good wine that has just gotten better with age !

2017 Brutal - The first Brutal wine we released, and one of the most unique wines we’ve ever made. Pinot Noir under carbonic maceration for 18 months. Bonkers wine.

2017 Etc Etc - I had one of these 2 nights ago. Anyone who tells you zero zero wines can’t age gracefully knows not what they are talking about. 14 different varieties co-fermented. Stellar wine.

2017 The Incline - This is also my favourite vintage of this wine. 95 % Syrah w/ 5% Nosiola. Red volcanic soils, earthy, expressive and I dear say the only blend of it’s kind ever.

2018 Cardinia Ranges rosé - Light red of Pinot Noir from the wonderful site that was (sadly) our Cardinia Ranges vineyard. Pure granite soils = fresh , bright & energetic Pinot.

Writing all of these out makes me reflective of the Momento Mori body of work. I’m very pleased to be able to offer some of these vintage wines to our mailing list.

As these have been cellared for many years I’d recommend standing them upright in the fridge for at least 12 hours before serving, and maybe even decant from there.
